Four Courses at NTC may* meet educational requirements for Ordination in the Church of the Nazarene**. These include:
Christian Ministry Training Award***
* Students must successfully compete the 24 units comprising these awards using the “Ordination Course of Study Progress Plan.” Taking units outside of the prescribed Plan may not meet the educational requirements for ordination.
** NTC is also approved to offer the educational ordination requirements for multiple other denominations. If you are seeking ordination in a denomination other than the Church of the Nazarene, please speak with the Registrar prior to commencing classes; this will help ensure you are taking the correct units.
*** The Christian Ministry Training Certificate is not accredited by any government agency but is recognised by the Church of the Nazarene. Any credits earned in this program are not transferable to any accredited college program. Approval for entrance into this program must be sought beforehand through your local District Ministry Board.
